I hereby authorize SC Rental, LLC to charge the credit card provided below.

Incidental Charges — Acknowledgement

Please read and acknowledge: In the event incidental charges occur due to Renter’s fault, the credit card on file will be charged including toll fees, parking violations, and FasTrak violations. All additional charges incur a 25% admin fee.

* At-fault collision deductible $1,000.00 charged to payment on file. Waived if Renter uses own insurance.

Terms & Conditions

Article 1 — Parties

This Car Rental Agreement is between SC Rental, LLC, 10141 Freeman Ave, Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670, and the Renter under the terms of this Agreement.

Article 2 — Rental Fee and Payment

Mileage Limit: No greater than 200 miles per day. Fuel: Renter shall pay for fuel.

⚠ At-fault collision: $1,000.00 deductible charged to payment on file. Waived if Renter uses own insurance.

Article 3 — General Obligations

Renter warrants possession of car insurance. Renter shall fully indemnify Owner for any loss or damage. Renter will not carry extra passengers, allow others to drive, violate laws, tow vehicles, race, or operate negligently.

Arbitration: Disputes resolved in Santa Fe Springs, CA per AAA rules under California law.

Article 4 — Incidental Charges

Toll, parking & FasTrak violations charged to card on file plus a 25% admin fee.

Article 5 — Dispute Resolution

All disputes governed by the laws of the State of California.
